Aqua Mix tile & grout sealers — locks tile and stone down with a strong, reliable bond.
AquaMix Grout Sealer is a waterbased sealer that resists water and oil based contaminants. It works with cement-based sanded and unsanded grouts installed between natural stone, unglazed bisque and porcelain tile, clay pavers, concrete and brick. Use it to simplify maintenance. It does not change the appearance of grout, and allows moisture vapor transmission.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
