FLEXBONE Heat cables are engineered with aluminum tubing and FEP cable insulation which provides maximum heat spreading on stone or tile floor while minimizing the amount of wattage used. The cables work with the FLEXBONE In-Floor Heating Membrane to provide radiant heat in wet or dry areas with tile or stone flooring.
The FLEXBONE floor heating cable system is the only system that can work with wood, laminate vinyl tile or carpet flooring when using K 60 ARDITEX Rapid Setting Latex Smoothing and Leveling Compound.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
