ARDEX X 65 Lite is a versatile, high-performance lightweight mortar (30 lb. bag) delivering equal or better coverage than competitive 50 lb. bags. The easy-to-apply, creamy consistency is sag resistant and ideal for setting large format and heavy tile. ARDEX X 65 Lite can be used for setting porcelain, quarry, ceramic and most natural stone tiles.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
