Bona QUANTUM™ R851 is a silane-based wood flooring adhesive that provides exceptional "green grab" strength. Its elastomeric characteristics allow the adhesive to move with the wood as it expands and contracts over the life of the floor.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
