The ProMelt Smart Controller operates hydronic and electric heating equipment designed to melt snow and/or ice from driveways, parking lots and walkways surfaces. The control works with Snow/Ice Sensor 090 or Snow Sensor 095 to automatically detect snow or ice and operates a single boiler, steam valve or electric cable to supply heat to the slab.
The Watts Home mobile application allows for remote operation and monitoring of the snow melting system from anywhere in the world.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
