The PADS is a second generation blade, and an all around fan favorite, for cutting glass when water isn’t available. When you need to make adjustments on site, and only have a grinder handy, the PADS is a fantastic solution for dry cutting glass.
The unique segment bond that we’ve created allows the blade to efficiently release diamonds, maintaining sharpness and cutting quality throughout the lifespan of the blade, even when pitted against difficult materials. The PADS is also a reliable porcelain cutter, and can be used on a variety of softer porcelain tiles.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
