498 by Crain. The No. 498E includes the tube case only. The tube case holds an Auto-Lok tube and up to three additional extension tubes. The tube case has recesses that can be hooked onto our stretcher head cases that have corresponding hooks and wheels for easy transport. The tube case is made from high-density blow-molded plastic with recessed latches and handles for durability.
