This utility blade knife has knurling up front as well as finger contours that provide better grip for precise cutting. Pivots open quickly for blade storage by loosening the folding thumb screw. Replacement blades are easily removed from the body with a teeter-totter action generated by internal ridges. Precision blade clamp holds tight and is magnetized for easier blade changes. Takes hook or utility blades.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
