This hand roller is designed for plastic laminate installation. The 3" wide solid rubber roller produces about 30 - 45 PSI for positive bonding of the laminate onto the substrate. The rubber roller material is non-marking. The offset handle and recessed axle and fasteners allow the roller to work closely to the wall without scratching.
