230 - 3" by Crain. This wider three inch wide blade for the No. 230 Deluxe Floor Scraper takes up wider sections of material. It is made from .090" thick high carbon steel to hold its edge and withstand repeated impact. It is tough enough to force its way through glued-down flooring materials, and sharp enough to scrape up thick adhesive residues. Includes one each blade only.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
