851 by Crain. This part is used with Crain's no. 851 Metal Mitre. No. 1870-A is a .156" thick punch for use with No. 870 replacement punch ONLY! Nos. 1870-A and B are not interchangeable. Used to notch vinyl moldings for tight radius bends without wrinkles. All punches are interchangeable except No. 1870-A & B.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
