Non-modified mortar ideal for Saltillo tile and other similar clay pavers. For dense tile or installation over exterior grade plywood use Custom Building Products’ Thin-Set Mortar Admix. Suitable for interior and exterior applications.

- Allow 24 hours before grouting and light traffic, and 7-10 days before heavy or vehicular traffic
Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
