Get one-handed operation with the ToughSystem 2.0 Large Toolbox. It features patented auto-connect side latches, allowing for one hand operation. It also has 2-piece metal front latches for added durability when securing tools inside the box. This toolbox has 20% larger storage capacity when used with DWST08165 and DWST08450 as part of a tower.
The ToughSystem 2.0 Toolbox is built for real jobsite conditions with high-impact protection. It is IP65 rated for dust and water resistance and has a 110 lbs. load capacity. The toolbox has a removable inner tray for optimal organization. The ToughSystem 2.0 Toolbox is backwards compatible with any ToughSystem product.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
