FILA tile & grout sealers — locks tile and stone down with a strong, reliable bond.
Seals indoor and outdoor natural stone, terracotta and gives the surface a wet-look, glossy finish. It also protects surfaces from dirt and stains, intensifies the color of natural stone and is ideal for use in kitchens, under barbeques, on driveways and in high traffic areas both indoors and outdoors.
For surfaces with low absorbency (slate, Botticino or Carrara marble) we recommend diluting the product with water (1:1 product to water). Do not use on polished surfaces. Do not use on treated surfaces.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
