The Fittes access panel is a universal access door that comes in both a “framed” drop in style and a “flush” mud in style. They can be installed anywhere that regular access into a wall or ceiling is required. It can be painted or wallpapered to seamlessly blend into any environment.
Our smaller sizes (8" x 8", 12" x 12" & 10" x 13") have the added benefit of being able to be installed without the need of a stud for support. With our built in folding inner tabs the access panel grips the drywall, holding it in place. See the install guide for more details.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
