G3001 guidance strip is designed for installation onto flat steps and into corridors. The Ecoglo G3001 guidance strip is designed to be visible for several hours after the lights go out, having been charged from overhead or natural lighting. Working just as well in the light as it does in the dark, the G3001 Guidance Strip is designed to reduce falls and enhance egress speed in all egress situations.
Choose guidance strip for walls and onto steps if the step surface behind the strip has strong anti-slip performance. If the non-slip performance of the step is not sufficient, choose from other products in the range. ULC572 certified.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
