3701 Fortified Mortar is a polymer fortified blend of carefully selected polymers, portland cement and graded aggregates. 3701 Fortified Mortar does not require the use of latex admix, you only need to add water to produce thick bed mortar with exceptional strength. 3701 Fortified Mortar is an approved substitute for 226 Thick Bed Mortar mixed with 3701 Mortar Admix.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
