HYDRO BAN Peel & Stick Sealing Tape is a waterproofing membrane designed for sealing changes or transitions in plane and seams in wet areas. This self-adhering waterproofing sheet membrane is easy to apply and provides a reliable waterproof and vapor barrier when used with a complete HYDRO BAN Shower System.
The peel-and-stick component features a non-organic adhesive backing to speed installation and reduce the risk of mold or mildew growth. Offered in multiple sizes and thicknesses, these flexible tapes conform to surfaces and overlaps to protect against moisture intrusion in showers, and tiled wet areas. Peel-and-stick sealing tape sizes: 5" x 33' (0.13 m x 10 m) 5" x 66' (0.13 m x 20 m) 5" x 98.5' (0.13 m x 30 m).

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
