Expansion Joint (Divider) for floating floors. Used when installing large areas of floating floors as an expansion joint. Overhang allows expansion of floors and eliminates buckling. Should be used for any installation greater than 12’ in any one direction.

Installation — Floating click-lock
- Let the material acclimate flat in the room for 48 hours before you start.
- Lay over a clean, dry, level subfloor — add the recommended underlay first.
- Click-lock the planks and float the floor; leave a 1/4" expansion gap at every wall.
- Stagger end joints by at least 6" and finish with quarter-round or transition strips.
Care & maintenance
- Vacuum or dry-mop; clean with a barely-damp mop, never a soaking-wet one.
- Wipe up spills right away and avoid standing water at the seams.
