Ker 121 is a professional-grade, single-component, high-performance mortar for the installation of ceramic, marble, granite and porcelain stoneware over most traditional and specialty substrates. Ker 121 can be used for most interior residential floor and wall tile applications. In commercial applications, use on interior floor and wall installations as well as exterior floors.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
