Mapeheat Lead Wire Repair Kit contains all materials needed to repair a damaged cold lead for Mapeheat Cable, Mapeheat Mat standard sizes or Mapeheat Mat custom sizes. Easy-to-follow instructions are included online at and inside the repair kit packaging. The kit is available in 120 V and 240 V versions.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
