Mapeheat Mat is a pre-wired, radiant floor-heating fabric designed for easy installation. Embedded in the fabric, the heating wires are evenly spaced and guarantee even heat distribution with no cold spots. Mapeheat Mat is available in more than 70 standard sizes and can also be custom-sized to accommodate curves, angles and obstructions.
Each mat’s compact 1/8'' (3 mm) profile creates minimal floor buildup, and floor coverings can be immediately installed.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
