Mapefloor Finish 58 W is a two-component, aliphatic polyurethane coating in water dispersion with a matte finish that is clear or colored. Mapefloor Finish 58 W provides a high-performance finish on general-service resinous flooring products and Ultratop systems.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
