This Professional MARSHALLTOWN Tile Cutter has durable, high-quality bearings for smooth operation to make cutting ceramic, porcelain, and mosaic tile up to 36” (914 mm) quick and easy. This tiling tool features a solid I-beam rail system and ruler for more accurate cuts, even when scoring hard porcelain. It has an adjustable titanium-coated tungsten carbide scoring wheel to cut tile up to 13/16” (21 mm) thick.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
