The Montolit FT-S diamond core bits are designed for fast hole cutting in all manner of porcelain, ceramic and granite. 12 bit sizes are available for creating 3/4” to 2-3/4″ diameter holes in material up to 2 cm deep. Can be used wet or dry with most angle grinders that support a minimum of 11,000 rpm. The FT-S Long Life Series provides approximately 50% increased life compared to the FS Standard Series.
Using bits wet will increase the life span. Bits have two V-shaped holes for slug removal, wrench flats on the hub, and can be dressed for longer life.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
