The PBT is a heavy duty, twin puller portable carpet binder suitable for any carpet binding application. The PBT is powered by two independently driven clutches. Big brother to the PBS (single puller), the PBT is better geared to handle dense, tough backed area rugs. It’s capable of applying binding tapes up to 3", serging tape, rug fringe, and wide borders.
It’s equipped with a complimentary supply kit including bobbins, needles, thread, oil, and a screwdriver. Optional rug glide and attachments are shown below and available for this NC Carpet Binding Machine.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
