Our USA Made TPB Carpet Binder is bobbinless, self-oiling, and easily the world’s most capable carpet binding machine. It applies all carpet binding style borders and binds 4-5 times faster than bobbin type machines. Powered by two independently clutch driven top & bottom pullers, the TPB has been our flagship unit since 1959. It was introduced to the industry as the world's first bobbinless carpet binding machine.
The TPB handles dense, tough backed carpets with ease. It's equipped with quick change attachments and is built to last a lifetime. It's the perfect machine for any high volume workroom that requires multiple edging options. It applies all carpet binding tapes up to 5 inches, serging tape, oriental fringe, and blind-stitch wide borders.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
