NuFlex 302 General Purpose Silicone Sealant is a medium modulus one-component acetoxy cure, non-sag caulking material. NuFlex 302 General Purpose Silicone Sealant cures to form a sturdy, rubbery solid upon exposure to moisture in the air. Due to its non-sag properties, the sealant can be applied overhead or on sidewall joints and surfaces without sagging, slumping, or running off.
It adheres to most non-porous construction substrates. NuFlex 302 has excellent resistance to weathering, vibration, moisture, ozone, and extreme temperatures. It may be applied in sub-zero temperatures without loss of extrusion or physical property characteristics and is effective to -46°C (-50°F).

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
