The Wood Adhesives from Pliteq in Mint Green — holds your flooring firmly and permanently in place.
GenieMat FAS3 is a firm-set transitional pressure sensitive adhesive with a aggressive fast grab formulation allowing it to handle light foot traffic immediately. It is solvent and isocyanate free adhesive with a high moisture tolerance and extremely low odor and VOCs. It also has excellent plasticizer migration resistance allowing for installation of a wide variety of vinyl based products.
GenieMat FAS3 will not form a moisture vapor barrier and will not protect flooring from moisture damage.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
