PROEXPAN 115 - 130 - 190 - 210 is a range of structural expansion joints in natural aluminium with knurled flat surface and a black or grey synthetic rubber insert. Made to withstand vertical, horizontal and transversal structural movements due to compressive and tensile stress in large buildings or complexes.
The joint is laid on existing surfaces, also vertically, over the void between the two semi-detached surfaces of the same building or between two bays. It withstands pedestrian traffic and also vehicles with rubber tyres.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
