Progress Profiles metal floor nosing in Black — matches your floor to trim out doorways, edges and stairs.
PROSTEP is a step nosing profile used to improve slip and slide resistance on the step, to protect ceramic steps and to prevent accidents. It consists of a rigid base in high-strength vinyl resin and a changeable vinyl rubber insert available in various colours and widths. Compulsory in public environments to comply with EEC accident-prevention standards.

Installation — Floating click-lock
- Let the material acclimate flat in the room for 48 hours before you start.
- Lay over a clean, dry, level subfloor — add the recommended underlay first.
- Click-lock the planks and float the floor; leave a 1/4" expansion gap at every wall.
- Stagger end joints by at least 6" and finish with quarter-round or transition strips.
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
