The Metal Seam Cover from Progress Profiles in Gray. A quality pick to round out your flooring job.
Procover is a joint-cover profile in stainless steel (polished or satin finish) with aluminium supports. It is applied at the end of laying two adjoining floors with the same height, having left a 6 - 24 mm gap between the two floors set in a thin bed of adhesive. It protects the outside edges of the floor/covering. It is easy to lay and attractive.
The design of the profile with lower vertical arrowhead part allows excellent anchorage with the silicone/adhesive. The aluminium structure with the stainless steel lining provides it with a high level of resistance to cuts and deformation. Suitable for use in contact with foodstuffs.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
