This Northwind 4" x 12" grout float is a great tool for sprucing up old tile floors. It is ideal for cleaning out grout joints after the grout has dried and sealing them from further water damage. The Northwind 3" x 9" Grout Float is made of polyethylene, has an ergonomic handle, and an ABS plastic collar.

Installation — Floating click-lock
- Let the material acclimate flat in the room for 48 hours before you start.
- Lay over a clean, dry, level subfloor — add the recommended underlay first.
- Click-lock the planks and float the floor; leave a 1/4" expansion gap at every wall.
- Stagger end joints by at least 6" and finish with quarter-round or transition strips.
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
