QEP's Natural Cork Underlayment is an outstanding sound barrier for all types of flooring. Besides being an environmentally friendly option, cork is also a healthy choice for any space. It's naturally hypoallergenic, as well as mold and mildew resistant. Natural Cork Underlayment reduces sound transmission and helps protect flooring form the transfer of subfloor stress cracks.

It also reduces thermal transmission, making it ideal for use with radiant heat systems. QEP Natural Cork products may contribute towards satisfying credits under the LEED Green Building Program. Compatible with tile, porcelain, stone, laminate and engineered click wood floors. 2 1/2 mm natural cork is hypoallergenic and contributes to creating a healthy indoor air quality.

Resists the transfer of stress cracks (up to 1/8") from subfloor through to flooring surfaces. Provides acoustical sound control and cushioning for softer, quieter footfalls. Easy to install on and above grade in both glue-down and floating floor installations.
