The Large Format Tile Tools from QEP — the right tool to make installation faster and cleaner.
The ProMAXGrip Double Suction Cup is ideal to lift, position and set large format tile. Its dual action, suction and release system has a holding power of 175 lbs when used on clean, smooth, non-porous surfaces, and can be used on vertical and horizontal applications. To use, simply squeeze bar under handle to engage suction and push button on top forward to release suction.
Featuring large suction pads that will not mar tile, this double suction cup is designed with a wide base for better balance, and a rigid, textured, non-slip grip for easy, single hand operation.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
