R&D Grout Finish is a water-based polymer modified penetrating grout stain and sealer which re-colours and rejuvenates grout R&D Grout Finish forms a protective barrier against organic food stains, grease, soil and other forms of foreign deposit.

- Shake well before using
- Protect from water for at least 24 hours
- Read all instructions thoroughly before applying
- Surface must be clean, dry and free of any sealers, repellants, efflorescence, dirt, oil, wax or grease
- Apply using roller or brush applicator in one direction along vertical grout joints, then in one direction along horizontal grout joints
- Wipe excess stain off tile surface while still wet with a slight damp sponge

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
