The QEP 49730 is designed for the professional installer. The QEP 4-1/2" Flat-Top V-Notch Traditional Wood Plank Adhesive Trowel features a hardened and tempered steel blade that is ground and polished for durability. The trowel is great for use with solid wood, bamboo and acrylic impregnated plank flooring as well as laminated wood planks.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
