ROBERTS 12" Pro Grade VCT Vinyl Tile and Luxury Vinyl Tile Cutter is specially designed to cut Solid Vinyl Tile, Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT), Luxury Vinyl Tile, and Cork Tile, up to 1/8" thick. Equipped with industrial grade carbon steel blades, it delivers precise rip-cuts on tile up to 12" and diagonal cuts on tiles up to 9" wide.
It is designed with a lightweight, yet heavy duty aluminum base and rubber feet that together keep the cutter firm and stable while you cut. Its built-in casters increase maneuverability and includes a carrying case for easy transport.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
