ROBERTS 1406 TONGUE & GROOVE FLOORING ADHESIVE is a high-strength PVA formula specifically designed for floating applications of laminate and wood flooring that require a tongue and groove adhesive. Powered by Microban, this antimicrobial product protection helps fight the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria that can cause product degradation.
Packaged with a specialized applicator tip for precise placement, this premium, fast-drying adhesive offers exceptional bond strength and moisture resistance. VOC < 1 g/L.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
