The ROBERTS 10-99 18" Multi-Floor Cutter is manufactured to quickly cut multiple flooring types. The large cutting table stabilizes longer planks while the extendible handle provides extra leverage for additional cutting power. This extra power is great for cutting laminate, engineered wood, LVT flooring, VCT tiles, MDF baseboard, rubber tiles and foam tiles.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
