Designed with the professional installer in mind, ROBERTS Power-Lok Extendible Floor Roller is a must-have for the installation of sheet vinyl, VCT, and linoleum. It features a patented, spring-loaded metal collar that locks and quickly extends / retracts the length from 18" to 28" in seven fixed-lock set options.
Recessed hardware protects against damage to floors or walls, and segmented rollers provide even pressure and maximum transfer of adhesive to the floorcovering for a finished look that is smooth and level. The wide and comfortable metal handgrip allows for body weight to be leveraged to press the flooring into the adhesive.
The ergonomic, non-slip TRP handle is designed with a thumb rest for comfortable, extended use.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
