(946 mL) by Roberts. ROBERTS 2057 VCT-EZAdhesive is a SBR latex adhesive that provides excellent grab and high residual tack. This superior grade adhesive brushes, rolls or trowels on and helps hold the tile firmly in place, even when subjected to repeated cleaning and mopping.
Powered by Microban, this antimicrobial product protection helps fight the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria that can cause product degradation. When spread thinly as instructed, the adhesive dries correctly and turns clear, allowing chalk lines to remain visible.
This adhesive is also suitable for installing vinyl-composition or vinyl-asphalt tile over existing vinyl-composition or vinyl-asphalt subfloors that are free from waxes, sealers and finishes. For interior use only, not recommended for installation of luxury vinyl tile (LVT), luxury vinyl plank (LVP) or solid vinyl-backed products.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
