The tungsten carbide drill bits are the easiest and most economical option to make holes in tiles. The tungsten carbide drill bit kit consists of: a head with a centring drill bit, 7 tungsten carbide drill bits of 27, 35, 45, 55, 65, 70 and 85 mm diameter, and a practical plastic case.

With the tungsten carbide drill bit kit, and a non-percussion power drill, the tile fixer can perform the most common and necessary holes in any wall lining without the need for visible cuts. The tungsten carbide drill bits always work on the unglazed tile side, and thanks to the centring drill bit of the head, it is not necessary to use a guide.

The drill bits are for dry cutting, but it is recommended to slightly moisten the tile to reduce dust generation during drilling. The average life of the tungsten carbide drill bits is 100 holes and ALWAYS depends on the type of tile, its thickness and proper cooling and use. The drilling depth of the tungsten carbide drill bits is 18 mm.

Before further drilling we must ensure that the drill bit is clean and free of any obstruction or remains. The maximum speed of use for tungsten carbide drill bits is 800 rpm. For a longer drill bit duration, it is important to respect the proper rotation speed and exert moderate pressure during drilling.
