The first one is the revolutionary RUBISCRAPER-250 electric scraper and its innovative and patented blade (exclusive product from RUBI). The main advantages of the RUBISCRAPER-250 include: its depth control, its robustness, it does not generate dust, it is self-guiding and tiles without any breakages*.
The RUBISCRAPER-250 is the fastest and safest option to remove grout with a cement base, because unlike others, its tungsten carbide blades do not work through friction, but rather literally dig and tear the grout material. With an ergonomic design and its three working speeds, the RUBISCRAPER-250 allows to perform small repairs and replacement of pieces, until the complete renewal of the grout on a tiled surface.
The interchangeable blades of the RUBISCRAPER-250 can be re-sharpened and available in various sizes to suit the different existing grout widths. The second option is the traditional RUBI grout scraper, with an ergonomic handle and two platelets of electro-deposited tungsten carbide of high abrasion resistance. These plates are combinable with 1, 2 or 3 plates depending on the width of the grout joint to be emptied.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
