Schluter-DILEX-AHKA is an anodized aluminum, cove-shaped profile for transitions between walls to be tiled and previously finished floors.
Key features
- Eliminates the need for caulking
- Has a single anchoring fin with trapezoidal holes that digs into the cement glue and a dovetail groove that bonds to the floor surface
- Features a 3/8" (10 mm) radius that prevents water infiltration and dirt build-up for easy cleaning
- Ideal for tiled areas with strict hygiene requirements, such as commercial kitchens, bathrooms and food processing plants
- 90° and 135° inside and outside corners and end caps available

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
