Schluter-DILEX-HKS is an perimiter joint profile used to seperate tile fields at floor-to-wall joints and transitions, forming the visible surface between the two. The profile is specifically designed for use in commercial kitchen and bathroom environments, providing easily accessible corners that are easy to both clean and service.
The HKS profile is built from Stainless Steel for long term durability, while the stainless steel with classic grey finish adds a touch of class to any tiled room.

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
