Schluter-DILEX-HKU is a stainless steel grooved profile for interior wall corners and floor/wall transitions (including countertop/backsplash transitions). DILEX-HKU can be used with floor coverings other than ceramic and natural stone tiles, as long as they are fixed or glued (i.e. not with floating floors).

- Avoids the need for caulking
- Divides tiled areas that meet at interior corners where limited movement is expected
- Can be installed with tile or other floor coverings as long as they are attached or glued (not with floating floors)
- Has a single anchoring fin with trapezoidal holes that face inward and are embedded in the thin-set mortar
- Has a 3/8" (10 mm) or 1 13/32" (36 mm) radius that prevents water infiltration and dirt accumulation for easy cleaning
- 90° and 135° inside and outside corners, fittings and end caps available

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
