The Tile Stair Nosing from Schluter — bridges thresholds and covers expansion gaps for a polished result.

The SCHIENE-STEP profile is a finishing and edge protection profile for ceramic or natural stone tiles that can be installed on stairs, countertops and old wall tiles. The top of the profile has a vertical face that finishes and protects the tile, while the vertical fin covers the edge of the sub-assembly, the top of the riser or the edge of the existing wall.
