Product details
Sigma's tile cutters in Serie 4 "Up" — a job-site essential for a professional-looking install.
The Sigma Series 4 tile cutter supersedes its predecessor, the Series 3 Max, with a host of new features and benefits. One of its most impressive features is its pulling incision capability, which makes cutting tiles quicker and easier than ever before.
The cutter comes equipped with an ergonomically shaped handle designed specifically for pulling incisions and a 12mm scoring wheel that is always visible from the operator's side. The CNC-milled wheel holder and anti-friction metal shell eliminate friction and lateral wear on the scoring wheel, while the scoring wheel is also available in a TIN-coated version.
The Sigma Series 4 tile cutter can cut up to 11/16" (17 mm) of material with a sliding carriage that is wear-free, thanks to three double-row ball bearings that guarantee long-term precision. The automatic steel compensator adjusts the slide preload on the rail, and the automatic system holds the handle up to facilitate the insertion of the tile.
The 100 mm wide splitting foot and interchangeable anti-mark protection protect the basement from impact during scoring, and the handle is mounted to the slide carriage with two thrust ball bearings for maximum precision. With the guide bar pivoting up to 45 degrees in both directions, the Sigma Series 4 tile cutter is a versatile tool that can handle any tile cutting project with ease.
