SikaQuick-1000 is a one-component, rapid-hardening, early-strength gaining, cementitious, patching material for concrete.
Key features
- Specifically suited for hot weather applications when extended working time is required
- Product recognized by the British Columbia Ministry of Transportation(BC MoT) and meets the requirements of CFIA and USDA for use in food plants
- Rapid hardening as defined by ASTM C928
- Freeze/thaw resistant and can be used with Sikacem Accelerator for cold conditions, increased early strengths and reduced curing time
- Compatible with Sikafloor, SikaBond, and Sika AcouBond systems
- Allows application of an epoxy coating within 6 hours and can be open to foot traffic in 4 hours, to vehicle traffic in 6 hours [23 °C (73 °F)]

Installation — Glue-down
- Acclimate the material and make sure the subfloor is clean, dry and flat.
- Spread the recommended adhesive with the correct-notch trowel; work in small sections.
- Set each piece into the wet adhesive and roll the floor to ensure full transfer.
- Keep traffic off until the adhesive fully cures (check the adhesive label).
Care & maintenance
- Sweep or dry-mop regularly; damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner.
- Wipe spills promptly and use felt pads under furniture.
